Shipping, Delivery and Returns Policy

UK delivery charges

Standard tracked UK delivery costs £3.95 for orders below £99.99.

Standard tracked UK delivery is free for orders of £99.99 or more.

The qualifying order value and available delivery options are displayed at checkout before payment.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 12:00 noon Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 12:00 noon, during weekends or on UK bank holidays are normally dispatched the next working day.

Dispatch may occasionally take longer during exceptionally busy periods, severe weather or carrier disruption. We will contact you if a material delay affects your order.

Carriers and delivery estimates

Smaller parcels are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and usually arrive within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Larger or higher-value parcels may be sent using DPD and usually arrive on the next working day after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated at checkout. Tracking information will be provided when your order is dispatched.

Delivery addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correcting. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

Missing, damaged or incorrect orders

Please contact support@hyperstockuk.co.uk as soon as reasonably possible if an order is missing, damaged or incorrect. Include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.

Do not discard the product or packaging until we have advised you. Faulty, damaged, counterfeit, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods remain covered by your statutory rights.

Voluntary 30-day returns

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery.

Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and include all original packaging, accessories and components. Proof of purchase is required.

Contact support@hyperstockuk.co.uk before returning anything. Unauthorised returns may delay processing.

Customers are responsible for the direct return cost of change-of-mind returns. We cover reasonable return costs where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Trading cards and factory-sealed collectibles

Due to the collectible nature of trading card products and the significant loss of value that occurs when their factory seal is broken, opened trading card products cannot be accepted under our voluntary change-of-mind returns policy.

This includes booster packs, booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, collection boxes, tins and other products sold as factory sealed.

To qualify for a voluntary return, the original factory seal must remain completely intact. Opening the external delivery parcel does not count as breaking the product’s factory seal.

This condition does not affect statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, counterfeit, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied.

Where a statutory cancellation right applies but the customer has opened or handled a product beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, we may make a lawful deduction from the refund reflecting the product’s actual reduction in value.

UK cancellation rights

UK customers may cancel most online purchases by notifying us within 14 days after receiving the goods. After notifying us, customers normally have a further 14 days to return them.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning change-of-mind purchases. When an entire eligible order is cancelled, the original standard delivery charge will be refunded where required by law.

Sale items have the same statutory rights as full-price items.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes rights provided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
